Leica 3D Disto

The new Leica 3D Disto is a true 3D measuring system,

featuring precision angle sensors and a co-axial distance

meter integrated to allow simple 3D non-contact measurement

to remote points with millimeter accuracy. Delivered with an

intuitive yet powerful Control Unit that displays both CAD data

and digital images of measured points, the Leica 3D Disto is

an easy-to-operate measuring tool.

Kubit Plug’nDraw

The Leica 3D DISTO also works seamlessly with Kubit

Plug'nDraw and AutoCAD. If you are into BIM, As Built

Dimensions, interior design, HVAC, building maintenance,

plumbing, rooﬁng, construction, this is your answer to saving

time and costs for high quality prefabrication.

The Plug'nDraw software connects Leica's 3D Disto with

AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT and communicates wirelessly with a

mobile computer running AutoCAD. Measuring point by point

will be sent to the familiar AutoCAD surrounding and therefore

enables the Plug'nDraw user, to draw a precise plan directly

on the construction site. It is as if you had clicked the mouse

within AutoCAD or entered the values manually, turning the 3D

Disto into a "3D mouse"!
